BACKLINK BOOSTER - This Is The Real One-Click SEO Tool Everyone Raves About for Boosting Backlinks!

I have yet to receive my license key - 12+ hours after buying the product.
I've sent the information to the developer, set up a support account, asked for the key about 6 times now.
To say I'm underwhelmed by the support team on this product is an understatement.
P.S.
I got an eMail with a huge number in it - copied it to an empty file and named the file - the program now works. The instructions were missing on how to do this - I figured it out.
But I get more errors:
An error occurred | Movable Type Pro /* */ An error occurred close Id or Username is required Go Back Close /* */
I sent in a support ticket but don't have much confidence I'll get an answer back.
I also get a lot more errors:
Warning: pingit() [http://mywebsite.com]: unterminated entity reference blog_id=1&static=http://gothamist.com/ in /home/xxx/public_html/mywebsite.com/blb/tmm.php(3) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code(251) : eval()'d code on line 257
I'm not sure this program is ready for mass distribution - beta testing is more like it.
So far I've spend 1+ hours trying to get this thing running and 8 eMails right now and 2 support tickets.
At the end of the program listing I get:All Done... That Backlink Was Officially Boosted!
Check your Backlink Booster RSS Feed here
There is no output from the RSS feed - this get's back to my question if you are using feedburner what link should you put in. If I put the wrong link in how do I change it?
The video says that the RSS feed link saved is the key to all the wonderful things that this system does - I have no RSS links displayed on the above link so I'm guessing nothing really was done but simple pinging that my WordPress does anyway.
I have no proof that the program actually did anything.
I thought this was a "1 click" program?
I'm just not having much luck with this program....

WordPress SEO Checklist: Best Tips for 2017

Some people say that SEO is dead now as they find SEO technics and hacks, which they are used to, to be outdated and not bringing the results they used to bring some 3 or 5 years back. Does this really mean that SEO is dead and you can cast it aside? Actually, no. SEO optimization is still there, you just need to address other concerns to skyrocket your position on a SERP.

5 Best SEO Tips for 2017
In this article I’m going to share with you a checklist of 5 best tips for optimizing your WordPress website SEO in accordance with latest recommendations of search engines, such as Google, Bing and Yahoo. This checklist covers the must-have aspects of SEO optimization that you should cover this year to get the most of your website. Let’s see what we’ve got here.
1. Go For Relevant In-depth Content
Content King

Striving to bring the most informative and relevant content to Internet users, search engines rank websites with in-depth content on the specified topic higher then websites with shallow SEO-optimized content. At the same time, backlinks dont  bring the desired boost of your SEO rank anymore and are kind of an ‘old practice’ that should be abandoned in favor of topic-related in-depth content.
Writing in depth does not mean writing extra-long articles. To write in-depth, break your articles into several parts and post them as a series. Reducing article length from 2000 words to 1000 words and doubling article publishing frequency led to doubled SEO ranking. So, go for short articles that cover a specific topic rather then cover a number of related topics. This goes in line with the fact that websites that publish posts frequently rank higher then websites that do not go for such frequent updates.
Devote your attention to posting content that is of the greatest interest of your website’s audience. To determine, which articles will be most read, rely on site stats, keep track of keywords, monitor reader’s engagement in Comments section, etc. If you’re just starting with your blog, run a survey to find out what topics are of the highest interest to your visitors.
Moreover, when preparing the article you should mind its structure. Don’t forget about proper use of headings, bold and Italics as well-structured articles rank higher in terms of SEO.
2. Don’t Forget about Optimization of the Visuals
Do you keep in mind SEO optimization of your website’s textual content and overlook the visuals? This is often the case. People tend to underestimate the influence of images and videos on website’s position in search engine search results.
You may be relieved as SEO optimization of your visual website contents is not rocket science. Just mind some simple tips listed below:

  • Add proper titles, metadata and keywords for your website’s imagery;
  • Always provide relevant alt text;
  • Do not go for images and videos that are too large. They are bound to decrease your website’s loading speed and tank your SEPR position.
  • If you add a video to your website, don’t be lazy to provide its transcript below. By doing so, you’ll enable search engines to crawl it so that it counts.
  • Add captions under images to clarify the purpose of the image. This is one of the ways to add to the logics of your contents and it’s welcomes by search engines.
  • 3. Google Loves User-friendly Websites

    When have you properly evaluated UX on your website for the last time? If you can’t come up with the date or at least with the month, that’s pretty bad. Currently, search engines prioritize high-quality user experience over traditional back-linking and other SEO-boosters.
    Making your website user-friendly is beneficial not only from SEO-optimization standpoint, but also from conversion rate optimization one. The more convenient users find your website, the more likely they are to enjoy their experience on it and opt for services/goods offered by the website owner.
    Here are some points to account for:

  • Make sure your website navigation is simple, comprehensive and well-structured.
  • Check for broken links on your website regularly and fix them.
  • Build your website’s homepage in the way that it serves as a roadmap for your website, from which users can get to other pages of their interest.
  • 4. Responsiveness Is Now Obligatory
    Google has already announced that it’s going to switch to mobile-first indexing. This means that it’s going to index the mobile versions of the pages, not the desktop ones. The shift is likely to affect all the websites in the world, and the better your website looks and functions on small screens, the higher rate you’re likely to get.
    If your website is still not responsive, this should become your #1 priority. To quickly turn your website into a responsive one, consider using a responsive website template as this is the simplest way to achieve the desired result. For example, WordPress themes by TemplateMonster delivers responsiveness of the highest quality.
    5. Keep Your Content Up To Date

    Keep in mind that it’s always worth it to come back to your older posts and update information that’s there to keep it up to date. Search engines love fresh information and such regular updates will definitely do a good job for you.
    Conclusion
    To get higher SEO results this year, regularly post in-depth content on narrow topics that is of interest to your site guests, take amendments to improve UX and responsiveness of your website and don’t forget about SEO of your visuals. By following these simple tips, you’ll be able to boost your SEO and hopefully to rock the first page of search results.
